Every volunteer is a vital link in spreading positive values and making a real difference. Whether you're a student, a professional, or simply someone passionate about sustainability and community work, there’s a place for you at KIBV.

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

  1. Long-term Volunteering: Join our projects for at least six months, contributing to KIBV-managed initiatives.

  2. Short-term Volunteering: Participate in events, campaigns, and specific activities with flexible time commitments.

  3. Specialized Volunteering: Share your expertise in environmental protection, sustainable economy, fashion, architecture, construction, or other relevant fields by becoming a Partner or Expert Advisor in KIBV projects.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS* FOR VOLUNTEERS

  1. Age: 15-25 (exceptions for specialized volunteers)

  2. Location: Preference for Hanoi, Hòa Bình, Ho Chi Minh City

  3. Nationality: Vietnamese or foreign nationals

  4. Experience: Preferred for the applied position

  5. Passion: A strong interest in sustainability and environmental protection

  6. Responsibility: Disciplined, proactive, and committed

  7. Openness: Willing to learn, respect diverse opinions, and contribute ideas

VOLUNTEER BENEFITS

  1. Global Certification: Receive an English certificate from KIBV, valid worldwide, after 6 months of volunteering and 80% task completion.

  2. Skill Development: Learn and grow under the mentorship of senior team members.

  3. Professional Environment: Work in a dynamic and inclusive setting that values volunteer input.

  4. Networking Opportunities: Connect and build friendships at KIBV’s in-person events.

  5. Annual Charity Activities: Participate in impactful community programs.

  6. Recommendation Letter: Outstanding volunteers may receive a reference letter from KIBV’s Founder.

  7. Leadership Advancement: High-performing volunteers may be promoted to senior management roles.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

APPLICATION ROUND

Fill out the Google Form provided in each job description.

INTERNSHIP ROUND
Successful candidates will complete a one-month probationary period before becoming official volunteers.

INTERVIEW ROUND
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by senior project managers or department heads.

04

ORIENTATION & DEVELOPMENT
Official volunteers will undergo an onboarding session before starting their journey with KIBV.
